  • Your year starts when you sign the contract and will renew at the exact same time the following year. If for financial and budgetary reasons, you need to work off of a different calendar, we can make arrangements to meet your needs.

  • No there will be additional fees for travel outside of Richmond for production.

  • We will be helping you create content for you to use for your marketing efforts. Some strategies will be involved but we will not be responsible for creating your overall marketing strategy. We will stay focused on video content creation and video strategy.

  • No, we won’t be posting for you but we will have admin access to your accounts to track the analytics for the year. We can provide guidance on how to best post as well but we will leave the posting to you.

  • Yes, for an additional fee, we can create more than 5 Flagship films.

  • No, we won’t offer a discount. In order to create enough content to make a tangible impact on your marketing, it is important that we create at least 5 Flagship Films so that we have enough content to use for the year.

  • Each Flagship Film will include up to a day (8 hours) of filming, 20 hours of editing, and 2 hours of editing revisions. More days of filming and hours of editing and revisions can be added for additional fees. The filming must take place in the greater Richmond area. Filming outside the Richmond area will include additional travel fees.

  • We will create shorter versions of each of your Flagship Films, 1-minute and 30-second versions for example. We would also create vertical versions of your videos that would be used for things like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn videos. Some of the other videos would be short, vertical videos with background music using the b-roll footage we have captured. These perform great on social media.
